J3F is on a mission to stop Native Youth from being stolen from their families. "I PROMISE TO HELP STOP THE CYCLE OF GLOBAL ETHNIC&CULTURAL CLEANSING" There are many families across this nation who have been subjected to the legalization of kidnapping of their youth, PRESENT day. My family has seen and experienced it for generations up to just this very day. Being a 'model citizen', not getting into trouble, along with being fully capable of parenting was not honored whatsoever. The State never gave me or my family a chance to raise my biological Niece...and they LIED about it in court, under oath! Justice Served?! Not only did they violate the state law "Michigan Family First", they also violated the federal law 'Indian Child Welfare Act'. I.C.W.A. was enacted in 1978 to stop the state from doing just this. In the past they put Indigenous Youth in boarding schools which were brutal, and it resulted in severe cultural loss. Now they just steal our babies for MONEY & to benefit from Cultural Genocide to us Indigenous Peoples across the world, not just the Nation. The boarding school era, along with missionaries have created deep wounds in the fabric of our Indigenous Peoples across the WORLD. Now "Child Protective Services" and the foster care system continue the assault on Native families and communities, in the name of "saving them." Given the American culture's well documented historical attempts at both physical and cultural genocide of Native peoples, that have learned no humility, and seem incapable of learning from the past seems evident in the current state of our child welfare system. Non-Native people removing Native children and making money doing so is immoral!! And just for the record, I am 1/2 Native and 1/2 white. I'm quite balanced in my walk of life. This is WRONG :( I will fight for however long it takes to benefit our future generations to come. It's time to overcome this ABUSIVE cycle of legalized kidnapping! This has and is happening across the world to many Indigenous Peoples.
